Los\u00a0omega-3 de pescado, en virtud de su estructura qu\u00edmica, son m\u00e1s vulnerables que otras grasas alimentarias a la oxidaci\u00f3n. Por ello, mientras est\u00e1n dentro de la perla, est\u00e1n protegidos frente a la oxidaci\u00f3n por la vitamina E que acompa\u00f1a al aceite (que en nuestro caso, es Vitamina E natural libre de soja).<\/p>\n

Una vez que el aceite ha sido ingerido, se junta con el resto de grasas de la dieta y su susceptibilidad para ser oxidada, depender\u00e1 de la carga antioxidante total con la que ese cuerpo<\/strong> cuenta en su d\u00eda a d\u00eda y que proviene fundamentalmente del consumo de frutas y verduras (y un poco de semillas y frutos secos).<\/p>\n

Nuestro cuerpo est\u00e1 sometido diariamente a una carga oxidativa\u00a0derivada en parte de procesos fisiol\u00f3gicos internos y tambi\u00e9n de procesos externos (ej. contaminantes del aire, pesticidas y otros t\u00f3xicos qu\u00edmicos ingeridos con los alimentos, radiaci\u00f3n UVA etc.).\u00a0 <\/strong>Para poder contrarrestar dicha carga oxidante, es preciso contar con una cantidad de poder antioxidante suficiente.<\/p>\n

Por tanto, una vez ingerida la perla de aceite de pescado, el aceite se mezclar\u00e1 con otras grasas de la dieta y su oxidaci\u00f3n o no, depender\u00e1 de la capacidad antioxidante que tenga cada individuo en su cuerpo, lo cual viene determinado por sus h\u00e1bitos alimenticios y de vida.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":11487,"template":"","meta":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n\u00bfEs posible la oxidaci\u00f3n del aceite del pescado una vez ingerido?
